Why devotees choose New Office Puja
Maharashtrian businesses traditionally start with Ganpati's blessings, Vastu Shanti for a harmonious workspace and Lakshmi puja for prosperity. Many also hold a Satyanarayan puja and share prasad with staff and visitors, which makes the opening a shared celebration.
When it is performed
It is held on the opening day or soon after, at a muhurat chosen from the panchang, often in the morning.
What the ceremony involves
The purohit performs Ganpati puja, Punyahvachan, Vastu Shanti and Lakshmi puja, and worships the cash box, account books and computers. A Satyanarayan puja and katha may follow, ending with aarti and sheera prasad.
Formats and languages
New Office Puja can be arranged at your home, or online with live participation where the ritual allows it. Priests who follow the Marathi tradition can be requested, and the chanting language and regional procedure are confirmed before the date is fixed.
How booking works
Send an enquiry with your city, preferred dates and language. A coordinator confirms a suitable priest, the muhurta, the samagri list, what is included and the final price. You approve the plan before any payment is requested.
Questions families ask
Can this pooja be done online?
For many poojas, homams and paths, yes: the priest performs the ritual with your sankalpa (names, gotra and intention) while you join by video. Ceremonies that need the family present, such as a housewarming, wedding or samskara, are held in person, and relatives who live elsewhere can join by video.
Is samagri included?
The written plan lists every item the priest brings and anything your family needs to arrange, so there are no surprises on the day.
