Why devotees choose Ganapathi Pooja
Lord Ganapathi is worshipped first in every Hindu ceremony as the remover of obstacles and lord of beginnings. A dedicated Ganapathi Pooja is performed before housewarmings, business openings, examinations and journeys, and as a simple, joyful way to bring calm and positivity into the home.
When it is performed
Vinayaka Chaturthi, Sankashti Chaturthi, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are especially auspicious, and the pooja can begin any important occasion.
What the ceremony involves
The priest performs avahanam (invocation) and a sixteen-step shodashopachara pooja, chanting the Ganapathi Atharvashirsha and the 108 names with offerings of durva grass, red flowers and modakas. The pooja ends with aarti and the distribution of prasad.
Formats and languages
Ganapathi Pooja can be arranged at your home, or online with live participation where the ritual allows it. Priests who follow the Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu traditions can be requested, and the chanting language and regional procedure are confirmed before the date is fixed.
How booking works
Tell us the occasion, location and dates that suit your family. We match a priest who follows your tradition, confirm timings and materials, and send a written plan with the final price. You decide only when everything is clear.
Questions families ask
Can this pooja be done online?
For many poojas, homams and paths, yes: the priest performs the ritual with your sankalpa (names, gotra and intention) while you join by video. Ceremonies that need the family present, such as a housewarming, wedding or samskara, are held in person, and relatives who live elsewhere can join by video.
Is samagri included?
The written plan lists every item the priest brings and anything your family needs to arrange, so there are no surprises on the day.
A note on faith and expectations
