How prices are shown
All prices are in Indian rupees (INR).
A price shown on a product page is the maximum retail price (MRP), inclusive of all taxes. Any delivery charge is shown separately before you confirm.
"Price on enquiry" means the price depends on details such as the exact stone, location or date. We confirm it in writing before you decide.
What a pooja or temple service price includes
Your service price includes everything below, and your written plan confirms it:
- Priest dakshina: included - Samagri (ritual materials): included - Travel for at-home services: no travel charge - Temple fees or donations: included - Prasad, photographs or recordings: included - Taxes: no GST is charged, because we are not currently registered under GST
Only the items listed in your plan are charged. Nothing is added at the final step.
Consultations
Astrology consultations are priced at the rate shown on the astrologer's profile, either per minute or as a fixed session. The fee and the duration are confirmed with you before the call.
Taxes and invoices
Upaaywala India Pvt. Ltd. is not currently registered under GST, so no GST is added to our prices. We issue an invoice for every confirmed service or order by email when payment is received.
When payment is requested
We never take payment when you submit an enquiry. Payment is requested only after you accept a written service plan or order confirmation. When online payment becomes available, only the methods shown on the website will be accepted.
Discounts and offers
If we offer a discount, its terms and end date are stated clearly. We do not use countdown timers or claims of false scarcity.
Changes and cancellations
If the date, location or inclusions change after you confirm, we send a revised plan with the new price for you to accept. Our Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling Policy sets out what happens if you cancel.
