Who we are
Upaaywala is operated by Upaaywala India Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in India with its registered office at 40/1A, Poushyaa Complex, Vijaya Bank Layout, Kodichikkanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076.
We are a Bengaluru-based team. Our own priests perform poojas, homams, samskaras and temple services, and independent astrologers give consultations through us.
We help families find and plan Hindu poojas, temple services and astrology consultations, and we offer carefully described spiritual products. We currently serve customers across India, at home, at temples and online.
What makes us different
We believe a ritual should be planned with clarity. Before a service or product is listed, we check five things:
1. who provides it, and their role; 2. where it takes place, or the exact stock item; 3. the price and applicable taxes; 4. whether the images represent what you will receive; and 5. the inclusions, delivery, cancellation and refund terms.
A service can be booked only after all five checks are complete.
How an enquiry works
An enquiry is not a booking. When you enquire, our team reviews your preferences. We then send you a written plan naming the provider, date, inclusions and final price. Nothing is confirmed, and no payment is requested, until you accept that plan.
Our approach to belief and claims
Spiritual and astrological traditions are matters of personal belief. Our services and products are not offered as a cure for any illness, and they are not a substitute for professional advice. We do not promise any particular outcome.

Every review on this website comes from a real customer and is published only after moderation. We never invent or pay for reviews.
