Navratna Gemstone Bracelet — Nine-Stone Design

Navratna, "nine gems," is a classic Indian design that unites stones associated with the nine grahas in one piece. This bracelet strings nine types of gemstone beads on an elastic cord. Bead materials and quality vary between designs, so the exact composition of your bracelet is confirmed before you order.

Tradition and meaning

In Jyotish, each of the nine stones corresponds to a graha: ruby for Surya, pearl for Chandra, emerald for Budha, yellow sapphire for Guru, diamond or a white stone for Shukra, blue sapphire for Shani, hessonite for Rahu and cat's eye for Ketu, with a red stone for Mangal. Navratna jewellery is traditionally worn as a symbol of balance across all the planets.

How to choose

Ask which material is used for each of the nine beads, whether any are synthetic, dyed or substitutes, and the bead size and wrist size. A bracelet of natural beads differs in price from one of simulants, and both are legitimate if they are honestly described.

Care

Remove it before bathing and exercise. Wipe the beads with a soft cloth, keep them away from perfume and chemicals, and store the bracelet flat.

What we confirm before you order

Natural materials vary from piece to piece, so the exact item, its specifications, any treatment, certification details, price and delivery time are confirmed with you before the order is accepted.

Responsible guidance

Spiritual and astrological associations belong to tradition and personal belief. They are not medical treatment and do not promise any financial, health or relationship outcome. For gemstone identification, rely on a report from a recognised laboratory.
