Our Service Planning Standard

Our planning standard explains what we document for every pooja, temple service and product before you are asked to commit, so you always know what you are booking.

Trust is built on clarity. Before you are asked to commit to a pooja, temple service or product, we aim to document exactly what is being offered, who provides it, what is included and what it costs. This page explains that standard.

Clear information before commitment

This platform is designed to help customers explore services and products before operational details are final. A published page may describe a ritual category, regional name, traditional context, likely service mode or product type. Publication does not by itself confirm a specific priest, temple relationship, item of stock, date or price. Those facts must be checked for the individual enquiry or order.

What a service plan should identify

Before a ritual service is accepted, the responsible team should document the exact service, assigned priest or provider when available, tradition, communication language, physical location, date, time zone, duration, participant expectations, materials responsibility, inclusions, exclusions, travel, final price, taxes and applicable cancellation terms. Temple services also require the exact venue and local arrangement to be confirmed.

What a product offer should identify

Before a product order is accepted, the customer should receive information relevant to the exact item: stock identity, photographs when appearance varies, dimensions or weight, material, treatment or finish, certificate details when supplied, price, tax, delivery and return eligibility. Category photography may illustrate the product type, but it should not be represented as the customer's exact item when natural variation is material.

How images and research are treated

Illustrative service images explain a ritual category and are not evidence of a named priest, venue partnership or completed ceremony. Research-informed names and locations help build a directory, but public indexing is not the same as verification. Claims about people, authorisation, availability and fulfilment require a separate operational check.

Responsible communication

Spiritual practices and astrological associations are matters of tradition and personal belief. Listings should not guarantee medical, financial, legal, fertility, relationship or other personal outcomes. Customers should consult appropriately qualified professionals for health, legal, financial, gemological or other regulated advice. The purpose of the platform is to support an informed process, not to convert belief into an unsupported promise.

Administration and corrections

Catalogue records, search metadata, images, structured details, homepage sections and navigation can be managed by the authorised administrator. Information should be updated when verification changes. If a material detail is uncertain, the page should say that it requires confirmation rather than presenting an estimate as fact.
